50% deposit at the time of booking (to secure your slot), 50% upon CARTE BLANCHE start.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION OR REBOOKING POLICY?
Life happens, plans change, unforeseen circumstances occur, etc. We get it … Following your formal booking i.e. deposit and contract, the CARTE BLANCHE cancellation policy is as follows: more than 5 days before CARTE BLANCHE start, full refund of booking deposit. Less than 5 days & more than 2 days before CARTE BLANCHE start, 50% refund of booking deposit. Less than 2 days before CARTE BLANCHE start, no refund of booking deposit.
As an alternative to cancellation, you may rebook giving at least 2 days notice, in which case your CARTE BLANCHE will be rescheduled to the next available slot, ideally within four weeks of, and no later than 6 months after, the originally scheduled date. If the CARTE BLANCHE has not taken place within 6 months of the original date, Rebel U will consider the CARTE BLANCHE cancelled and the full booking deposit forfeited.
Rebel U offers specialised boutique services, blocking out scheduled dates for your specific, personal use, preventing us from scheduling other clients / aspring rebels on those date(s). As such, rescheduling is only allowed once, with no additional rescheduling permitted.
Life happens, plans change, unforeseen circumstances occur likewise on our end. Rebel U reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a CARTE BLANCHE at any point in time. If Rebel U cancels or proposes to reschedule a CARTE BLANCHE due to any reason, you are entitled to either a full refund of booking deposit, or have your CARTE BLANCHE commence at the next available slot that is convenient for you.

Differs in scope and order depending on REBELLION level and – for a holistic result, speed and efficiency – some processes run in parallell, but generally something like this:
1. Formal booking.
2. REBELLION starts … with a CARTE BLANCHE (unless completed prior, in which case omitted and implemented without further ado). Procedure can be found in the CB FAQ.
3. Business plan and brief at the ready; let brand and business designing begin.
4. Taking cues from step 3, we (or you in the case of S) start with the words i.e. copywriting, category design and service product design, etc.
5. Followed by visual brand identity; graphics and imagery, web design and UI/UX.
6. And technical web development where brand, business and everything comes together. Not to mention where the magic happens.
7. Know–Your–Site. Get comfy doing stuff to, on and with your soon-to-be place on the web.
8. Happy ending; get the “keys” (and all intellectual property rights) to your snazzy, plug & play platform for independence.

While Rebel U does not guarantee outright REBELLION success, we do guarantee that we will package you and your offering(s) to the best of our abilities and the highest rebel standards i.e. set you up for success. We further guarantee to give you a clear sense of direction, a significant head start when you take the leap and venture out on your own, and release you – equipped with the finest professional brand and business essentials – into the independent wild.
What comes after Rebel U “graduation” and what you make of it is down to you: your brand, your business, your thing.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Effectively around 3-6 hours* of your time, mainly comprising CARTE BLANCHE interview(s) and related queries, image and media sourcing, and scheduled go/no go feedback following a precise:ish regimen.
Total plug & play delivery time is two (2) weeks for S, four (4) weeks for M, and six (6) weeks for XXL.

S.P.A. DAY is a dynamic procedure, but generally something like this:

4. Post-consult S.P.A. prescription.
5. Formal booking.
6. Administration of prescribed S.P.A. DAY (or multiple S.P.A. DAYS). Breath. Relax.
7. Voila. Pampering and professional augmentation complete.
what’s IN THE BOX?
This is the secret Santa of services, as each “box” will differ from S.P.A. DAY to S.P.A. DAY, and its contents will depend on what you put in the box in the first place.
Depending on the treatment, some disassembly or reassembly may be required. But as to delivery from our end, no assembly required.
If you’ve been at it (your brand and business) for a while, we gather parts will be mostly included. This said; some parts may be "missing" or require substitutes, upgrades, or retooling.
IS EVERY S.P.A. Day, one day?
One day or several days will depend on your desires, requirements and the state of parts in need of augmentation or iteration, all to be discussed in the pre-S.P.A. consultation. As a rule of thumb: think headline category plus one sub-category (example: Hot Copy Therapy → Email Sequence) equals one day.
Whereas most stand-alone augmentations will only require one focused day; some augmentations require multiple days or even weeks (in the event of complex and/or very large requests). In the latter case, and if it’s a matter of fully refurbishing or augmenting a brand and business from the ground up, it is more economical and efficient to book a REBELLION (as would then be our post-consult prescription).

In the case of a single S.P.A. DAY: 100% at booking.
In the case of multiple S.P.A. DAYS: 50% at booking, 50% upon conclusion of the final treatment.
